Akanimo says, “The things that inspire me are the reactions and smiles I receive from knowing I've done a good job. Bringing happiness to those around me and the ones I work with fuel me and my work.” When passion like that comes from the heart, the owner can’t do anything else but be successful.

 

As an Atlanta, GA native, Mr. Effang had a tough life growing up with the odds against him. But he did not let to let the odds determine his future.

 

Akanimo enrolled in college and started studying computer engineering. But somewhere along the way, he discovered his unique talent to perform in many different roles as a voice actor.

 

Not only is he beating the odds, as a highly motivated young African-American male and a veteran of the United States Air Force, he’s also pushing the professional envelope by tackling all areas of voice acting from movie trailers and animation to radio and television.
